I help track life’s moments with clarity, calm and a little joy.
Hi friend! I’m Ann — the heart and hands behind PlannerAP.
Planning, to me, isn’t just about boxes to check or rigid schedules. It’s about creating space. Space to breathe. Space to reflect. Space to reconnect with what matters most. I believe that planning can be a gentle, grounding practice — one that brings more peace, clarity, and those sweet little sparks of joy into your daily rhythm.
PlannerAP was born from my own experience as a neurodivergent person trying to find tools that felt supportive instead of stressful. Traditional planners often felt like they were working against my brain, not with it. So I started designing my own—simple, flexible printables that meet you where you are, whether that’s thriving, surviving, or somewhere in between.
Here you’ll find printable planners, trackers, and thoughtful items designed to help you gently stay organized, slow down, and honor your real life. No pressure, no perfection — just support.
When I’m not designing cozy planning pages, I’m probably in the kitchen feeding my family (yes, full Jewish mom energy), curled up with a good paranormal romance (the weirder, the better), or tinkering behind the scenes on my business. I love routines that feel like rituals, color palettes that soothe the senses, and tools that make space for both chaos and calm.
On the blog, you’ll find cozy, calming content designed to support real-life rhythms — especially during the messy, busy, or emotionally full seasons. I write about practical planning tips, creative family traditions, stress relief tools, and ways to build self-care into everyday moments. Whether you’re looking to prep for the week ahead, find peace in holiday chaos, or rethink your goals with kindness, there’s something here for you. Blog categories include Dreams & Brain Dumps, Deep Thoughts & Questions, Ideas & Seeds, Gratitude & Joy, Quotes & Inspiration and Feelings & Vent Space to help support and validate neurodivergent minds (because planning should work with your brain, not against it). Think of it as a soft-landing spot for your planning journey — a space for gentle encouragement, a little clarity, and a whole lot of heart.
PlannerAP isn’t just about paper. It’s about creating tools that help you track life’s moments with clarity, care, and a little joy — even on the messy days. It’s about reminding you that you are allowed to move slowly, rest often, and still get things done in your own time.
I’m so glad you’re here. Welcome.
