PlannerAP Terms of Use & Refund Policy

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and purchase of digital products from PlannerAP, operated by Ann Purdy, through plannerap.com and our Etsy shop. By purchasing or downloading any PlannerAP product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Our Products

All PlannerAP products are digital, downloadable files (including but not limited to planners, journals, activity books, and printables). No physical product is shipped. Products are made available for download immediately upon purchase confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

2. License & Permitted Use

When you purchase a PlannerAP product, you receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Specifically, you may:

  • Print and use the product for yourself or your immediate household
  • Re-download your purchased files for your own personal use

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the files (in original or altered form)
  • Alter, remix, or claim the designs as your own and resell them
  • Use the products for commercial purposes unless a specific product listing explicitly states a commercial-use license is included

Any violation of this license terminates your right to use the product immediately.

3. Refunds & Returns

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or returns once a file has been downloaded, except in the following cases:

  • The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise fails to open or print correctly
  • You were charged in error or charged twice for the same order

If you experience any issue with a download, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right — typically by re-sending a working file, rather than issuing a refund, where possible.

Purchases made through Etsy are also subject to Etsy’s buyer protection and dispute policies, which operate independently of this policy.

4. Order Access & Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have the software needed to open and/or print your files (such as a PDF reader). We are not responsible for issues caused by outdated software, printer settings, or paper size mismatches on your end, though we’re happy to help troubleshoot.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, graphics, and files sold by PlannerAP are the intellectual property of Ann Purdy / PlannerAP and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a product does not transfer any ownership or copyright to you — only the limited personal-use license described above.

6. Limitation of Liability

PlannerAP products are provided for general planning, organizational, and personal enrichment purposes only. We make no warranties about specific outcomes from using our products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlannerAP and Ann Purdy are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

7. Changes to Products & Policies

We may update, discontinue, or modify products and these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Site or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by the platform policies of Etsy for purchases made through that marketplace.
