PlannerAP (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website plannerap.com (the “Site”) and sells digital printable products through our Site (powered by WooCommerce) and through our Etsy shop. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who We Are
PlannerAP is owned and operated by Ann Purdy. Our website address is https://www.plannerap.com. You can reach us at [email protected] with any privacy questions.
2. Information We Collect
Order & Account Information
When you make a purchase through our Site, our store platform (WooCommerce) collects information necessary to process your order, including your name, email address, billing address, and payment details. Payment is processed securely by our payment processors — WooPayments (which supports credit/debit cards and a range of other payment methods, including Link), PayPal, and Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers; each processor handles your payment information according to its own privacy and security practices.
Etsy Purchases
If you purchase through our Etsy shop, your order and payment information is collected and processed by Etsy in accordance with Etsy’s own Privacy Policy, available at etsy.com/legal/privacy. We only receive the order details Etsy provides to sellers (such as your name, shipping/contact info if applicable, and order contents) in order to fulfill your order and respond to messages.
Email & Newsletter Information
If you subscribe to our email list, we collect your email address (and name, if provided) through our email service provider, Kit. We use this information to send you newsletters, product updates, and promotional emails. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email we send.
Comments & Reviews
When visitors leave reviews or comments on the Site, we collect the information shown in the comment form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string, to help with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (a “hash”) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it. The Gravatar service’s privacy policy is available at automattic.com/privacy. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible publicly alongside your comment.
